PhraseExpress makes text modules available system-wide in all Windows programs, e.g. MS Office, OpenOffice, Lotus Notes, SAP, Thunderbird, database frontends, Skype, ICQ, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.

PhraseExpress - use text modules sensibly

With the PhraseExpress tool, text modules can be managed clearly and conveniently. In addition to existing text modules, every text module that is required can of course be created and inserted system-wide in almost all applications.

Text modules can be called up in different ways:

• Via the selection menu in the start bar.
• By choosing from a desktop menu.
• Pressing a key combination ('hotkey').
• Entering an autotext (text abbreviation).

Text templates can be clearly organized in a hierarchical folder structure, including text formatting, images and tables. Text modules can be divided into freely definable categories, the nesting depth is practically irrelevant. Text modules can be sorted and freely moved between the categories using drag & drop.

PhraseExpress is designed for use with over 10.000 text modules, which can be changed quickly using a keyboard shortcut or selection menu Cursor* or have it called up via autotext. In addition, PhraseExpress offers macro functions with which recurring tasks can be started with a mouse click.

The clipboard memory (clipboard manager) is also useful, normally the content of the Windows clipboard is overwritten each time new content is saved and old content is lost. However, PhraseExpress saves previous contents of the clipboard, which are then available at any time at the push of a button.
