The program works with all common Windows versions and contains additional tools such as tests of the average latency over several hosts and finding the maximum packet size (MTU).
For all settings under Windows Vista and Windows 7, TCP Optimizer requires administrator rights.
To do this, start the TCPOptimizer.exe with a right click and "Run as administrator".
