xp-antispy makes it very easy to make various settings on the system, which for example concern the automatic transfer of data to Microsoft.

{slide=Version changes in 3.97-9}Due to the recently discovered security vulnerability in almost all Windows operating systems, a setting has been added that prevents 16-bit applications from running. This setting can be found under 'Miscellaneous Settings'.

A small bug in the 'Windows Update' profile has been fixed, since the Security Center service must also be running under Windows 7 for a Windows update. This wasn't necessary with Windows XP until now.{/slide}
