2010 will be the tablet year in the computer industry. You can see and read about the new Apple device in magazines, newspapers and on many websites iPad, but also other large PC manufacturers are in the starting blocks, for example HP with the HP Slate.

There isn't much information available yet, but what you do know is that the hardware won't differ much from the iPad from the Apple. The table PC without keyboard also runs Windows 7.

HP would like to score points with the Flash support, which is not given on the iPad.
Price is crucial in this segment, as such a tablet PC is not a notebook or a PC replacement. HP only announces that the price will be below $ 629.

The HP Slate is likely to come middle of the year on the European market.
