TuneUp announces new version of TuneUp Utilities

TuneUp has announced the new version of TuneUp Utilities for the end of October 2010. When developing TuneUp Utilities 2011, TuneUp used its specialist knowledge primarily to develop tools that increase the performance of modern Windows 7 PCs, new notebooks and netbooks. In addition to new applications such as the TuneUp Program Deactivator and the improvement of the turbo mode, the software includes over 30 functions for PC optimization; including the well-known and popular 1-click maintenance and live optimization.

The innovation from TuneUp Utilities 2011 is the TuneUp Program Deactivator ™. With the newly developed TuneUp Programs-on-Demand Technology ™, programs can be completely deactivated in order to reduce the load on the system without having to uninstall them. This gives the user control over the load on his PC and gives him the "Windows like on the first day" feeling.

In addition, the Darmstadt-based software manufacturer implemented further innovations and improvements. For example, the turbo mode releases ten times as many PC brakes as before. The new "Overview of all functions" category on the start interface offers the user easy access to all integrated functions. The tuning status shows at a glance how well the PC has already been optimized and what tuning potential there is for programs and Windows. (mh)
