Excel 2010 offers free excel templates as a download in the program itself. The templates are divided into numerous categories and sub-categories. The templates allow you to create professional documents quickly and easily. I would like to show beginners how easy it is to download and use Excel templates. Even advanced Excel users could save time with one or the other task if one browsed the Excel templates beforehand.
To get to the "Available templates"Click on to get there
File> New
As can be seen in the images in the middle upper area the functions Empty Workbook, Recently Used Templates, Sample Templates, My Templates and New from Existing. in the lower area are the Excel categories. in the right area is the selection preview with more Information and Execution option.

Statements, Agenda, Time Sheets, Reports, Letters, Stationery, Budgets, Charts, Invitations, Forms, Calendars, Inventories, Lists, Memos, Plans, Planners, Invoices, Expense Reports, and Schedules.
To use a template we click on the category Invitation> event
The template is now on the right Mysterious gift raffle selected and shows the information Provided by, Size and Rating. Under the miniature preview you can download the Excel template and use it free of charge as well as duplicate it (save).
A very useful feature is that Template search which is in the overview, but if you don't know the view, the function cannot be found straight away. The input mask is located between the upper middle area and the category view.
For input Calendar 2010 There are numerous calendar templates available and can be found in the right pane Download downloaded. This is how quick and easy it is to get a calendar from 2010 to print out.
