Work faster with the MS Office ribbon keyboard shortcuts

The menu ribbon of the office programs Excel, Word etc. is extremely extensive. Again and again you move the mouse pointer to find the right function.
With keyboard shortcuts you are much faster here. But who can memorize them in view of the variety of functions.
Microsoft will have thought that too and has a very useful function ready, which of course not only works in the Office package 2010 ...

 

A pair of press the ALT key once Displays numbers and letters on the menu ribbon that are assigned to the corresponding menu or function as shortcut keys.
 
 Press ALT once to display it. Again express again

 

 An example

The buttons are pressed one after the other, not at the same time.
We're in Excel and want to change the margins.
Press the once ALT key, then the Button S
We are now in the Page Layout menu and the corresponding keyboard shortcuts are also shown there.
Press M and you are there.
