Word 2010: Email directly in Outlook

Icon_Word10_33x32An Word document direkt as a e-mailnot to send as an attachment was known in the older versions via the command File> Send to> E-mail recipient. Under Word 2007 and 2010 this command cannot be found at first. However, if you search through all the possible commands in the options on the toolbar, you will also find the command here Send to email recipients.

 

The Word 2010 option is opened via File > Options.

In the next window you choose on the left Quick Access Toolbar, toggles to in the drop-down menu at the top all command, selects connect in the list Send to email recipients and then click the button Add.

Nicht zu confound is this command with the command e-mail. Because this is intended to be the document as Appendix to send.

 

 

Now you have at the very top of that Quick access the new Symbol to the document in a HTLM format to generate and an an Email recipient zu send.

However, this command is only in connection with Outlook to use.
