A function that can only be found in Word 2010 is called Text effects. It is very easy to give texts a special touch in Word 2010. Fill effects, Contours, Shadow, Glow effects, Twists and Bevels are implemented with a few clicks.
In the compatibility mode, the text effects function is hidden and is therefore only available in the xdoc format. Consistency is only guaranteed with Word 2010.
To use the text effects function, select any text and click on the lit A, as shown in the screenshot. The contour, shadow, mirroring and lighting functions are also available in the lower context menu.
As you can see in the second screenshot, the first example is a simple effect, the second with a reflection and the third with a light effect.
