Quickly check whether a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows is installed.
Not every user is so well versed that he can tell straight away whether a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 10 is installed.
When downloading programs, it is often the case that the software is available in two different versions.
Namely once as a 32bit and as a 64bit program.
Just stupid if you don't know what you need.
How do I find out whether I have a 32-bit or a 64-bit Windows 10 installed?
Just use the keyboard shortcut Windows button + pause / interrupt
A window opens in which a lot of important, so-called basic information about the installed Windows 10 is listed.
There is information about the system like the Processor typewho installed random access memory and the one that is important for us in this case System type.
In the screenshot eg
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64 – based processor
