10 reasons for Windows 11

Windows 11 is about to start and is delivered pre-installed with new devices or the upgrade is offered directly on suitable computers via the Windows update. But should you update or should you first rely on the sophisticated Windows 10?

1. Windows 11 looks better
   
   Windows 11 looks much more "prettier".

   I can't say whether this only works with Microsoft applications. It didn't work for me with the Firefox browser and other third-party applications.

8. Android apps run in Windows 11
   
   It will be possible to use Android apps like normal programs under Windows 11. However, this function will probably only be integrated from the beginning of 2022. Here Microsoft is entering into a partnership with Amazon. The Amazon Appstore should then be accessible via the Microsoftstore. The prerequisite is of course an account with both providers.
   
   
   

9. Windows 11 is free for many.
   
   Anyone who buys a computer now will usually already receive a Windows 11 installation or receive an upgrade via Windows update. Pay attention when buying.

Conclusion

Windows 11 is the much more modern and, above all, more secure system.
It's fast and boots significantly faster than its predecessor. The look is successful with slight borrowings from MacOS.
If you have a well-running Windows 10 system and can work well with it, you don't need to change immediately, especially since the Support until October 14.10.2025th, XNUMX should continue.
Since Windows 11 has high hardware requirements, it cannot be installed without tricks on many systems that are also technically well-equipped.
However, if you have the option to install it for free via upgrade, you certainly won't go wrong.
