Set Windows 7 User Account Control

Set Windows 7 User Account Control
Windows 7 general logo
To take a look at the new user account control of Windows 7 is worthwhile simply because this point was heavily criticized under Vista. Three confirmations to open a file was a real achievement of Vista. This fact has already been remedied by Vista SP1. In Windows 7, a lot has happened in terms of user cost control.

The simple user could not understand what he should confirm under Vista because he simply has no knowledge of how an operating system works in the background. Microsoft has recognized this and sets in the standard configuration that every action is carried out without confirmation, except when installing a program and changing the system settings. If that's not enough, you can set the user account control as follows:

Home > control Panel > system and safety > in the Action Center area on the link User Account Control settings

User Account Control

In the following menu you have four setting options using the slider.

1st security level Never notify: No confirmation is asked here for any action. This setting is not recommended and opens the door to the enemy.

2st security level Notification of program change: This setting is only recommended for experienced users. Notification only when programs want to make a change or a change is made to Windows itself.

3rd security level default setting: Notification when programs try to make changes, installation of programs and when changing Windows settings.

4. Security level and thus the Highest security level under Windows 7: You will be notified of every program change under Windows 7 and the start of system programs.
