Unnecessary functions such as Tablet pc components, Games, gadgets and XPS viewer turn off or deactivate. Of course, every user needs different Windows features and that's why you should look at the functions to see if you need them at all. The topic Media features can be interesting for many jobs. The programs Windows DVD Maker, Windows Media Center and Windows Media Player are hidden here. These programs can be switched off for an office PC, among other things. Such functions or Windows features that are not required can be switched off with a few clicks.

To start the "Activate or deactivate Windows features" window, proceed as follows:

Click on Start> " "enter and click"Turn Windows features on or off"click

Then the desired window appears. If you click on the plus sign here Media features the other programs emerge. Here we remove the tick in front of the point Windows DVD Maker to look around what Windows 7 reports. Don't forget to click OK.

Windows 7 warns that disabling Windows DVD Maker can affect other programs or features of Windows 7. You take the risk when you take up Ja clicks. I take the risk.

 

 

Then wait a moment and both windows close automatically and Windows DVD Maker can no longer be found on my Windows system in the usual way.
