To do this, open the registry editor via the start menu with the regedit command:

Now you have to navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Control Panel \ Mouse .

The value can be set from 400 to 0 by double-clicking on MouseHoverTime on the right-hand side.

And the thumbnails will be displayed without delay in the future.
