Windows 7 Record Steps - log steps
Windows 7 also comes with an interesting and useful tool called Record steps to reproduce a problem. It is a program with which you can take steps on the PC Log screenshots and can comment on the individual steps right away. The tool could make support a lot easier if you can't use remote desktop (RDP) or virtual network computing (VNC) options.
Record Steps creates a MHTML document type zip file. By default, the MHTML file can only be opened with Internet Explorer.
There are several ways to start the program:
Start> steps> Enter key
Windows key> psr> Enter key
