Disable automatic restart in the event of a crash

In the event of a crash, the computer restarts and it is difficult to determine what really caused the crash.
It is particularly problematic if the error is triggered in the start-up phase and the computer hangs in a loop.
By deactivating the automatic restart it is possible to provoke a bluescreen that indicates the program that triggered the program.

How do I disable the automatic restart?

Start >> Settings >> Control Panel >> System >> Advanced >> Startup and Recovery
>> Settings >> Deactivate Restart automatically (remove the checkmark).
