To better keep an eye on the paths, there is a title and address bar in Windows Explorer. Showing and hiding the address bar is quite easy in the register View > Toolbars> Address Bar.

Now you can only see in which folder you are exactly, but to really display the entire path you need a few clicks of the mouse.

Extra> Folder Options> View> scroll all the way down in the Advanced Settings window

You can see it now Show full path in address bar and Show full path in title bar.

A hook in Show full path in address bar gives the following result.

For some users, the address bar takes up too much space, because a pure display is sufficient for most of them.
Then hide the address bar, as described above, and tick the box Show full path in title bar. Now you have the following view.
