Improve forum!

    I have a question about FORUM ...

    ALso I've created my own forum. and would like to improve it now. Please answer these questions in a helpful way :)

    SO:

    1) Can I change my forum at all (design etc.) if it is not from the forum manufacturer?

    2) Who can show me some features.
    (can answer with HtML just please explain :)
    A COMPLETELY NORMAL PICTURE IS SUFFICIENT, preferably in the Foramt jpg.

    3) Who can I put a banner ad for my forum?
    All I do look bad!

    1.)
    That always depends on the respective forum provider.
    For most of them, only the board style can be changed.
    However, some also allow changes to be made to the tables.
    Every forum admin (can be found in the admin menu) has the option of one Support to use.
    I would then ask and / or read this question right there.

    2.)
    What use are "features" to you if you can't implement them?
    This is again dependent on forum software.
    But if that is allowed, look for it Forums HTML commands in google.
    There are tons of them too.
