Since my reinstallation, I always get a message at the beginning after the system start that I cannot assign.
AslO.sys (2) cannot be started.
Does someone know what that is or what can you do about it?
after installing Windows7 Ultimate over Vista Ultimate 64bit each

There is a registry entry left over from Vista after overwriting, did you over-tack with Vista ??. Try to solve this problem with a registry cleaner.

I bought the PC with Vista installed at the beginning of the year.
As far as I know, none of it is overclocked.
Will be careful with the registry cleaner
I've had a lot of trouble with parts like this in the past. -
I would recommend "jv16 PowerTool" to clean the registry. Here you can specifically search for an entry. There are older versions as freeware or new ones for 30 days as shareware. 4 weeks ago CumputerBild had a new version as a full version in the program. Edition 21/2009.

Hello eufrat,
I'm afraid the topic creator has already solved his problem or already has a new device. The last contribution dates from 2009.
