Hi Guys!
I really want to smoke less or not at all ... but I just can't really do it ...
I came across this alternative on the Internet. That is legal and should be good. I would then only do that very rarely. Do you think that can distract me?
Quit smoking

There are also courses that are paid for by the cash register, right?

If you want to quit smoking then you should also have the will and the discipline.
For my part, I also looked for some information because I just wanted to get away from cigarettes.I was looking for various information when it came to it.
I was even registered at the gym. But I left xxxx, I just didn't go regularly, it wasn't worth it.I have also tried different plasters and remedies that should help, but it all starts in the head.

I believe that you don't really need any tools to quit smoking. The biggest problem is your own will ... if you really want to stop, then it will work. Often there is still a small part that doesn't want to stop, which is why it doesn't work.

Good day
How about you, are you getting on with quitting smoking?
If you really want to stop, then you have to have the discipline but also the will ... you have to have stopped in your head.
I've tried it myself a thousand times and most of the times it didn't work, but the last time I tried it I pulled through and clenched my teeth ...Then I mostly looked for alternatives. In a hemp oil guide (hanfoel-ratgeber.info/) I also read that hemp oil should help you to quit smoking faster. I also bought a lot of chewing gum and ate a lot more, but that's part of it ... better than continuing to break my lungs.
In the meantime I no longer smoke and have no desire to do so.

Hi,
I smoked for 7 years and recently read the Allen Carr Non Smoking book and haven't been smoking for a month. I hope it stays in the future -
Actually, it just has to click in your head. If you are not convinced that you WANT to quit, tools and courses are of no use either.

Hallo,
I also wanted to quit smoking, but it wasn't that easy. That's why I looked online for tips and experiences that could help me with my problem. Then I read in an article that e-cigarettes are not that bad for our health, but they are a good alternative to cigarettes. Then I found a lot of information about these cigarettes on this page and immediately bought one there. I can only recommend this to you, because I am very satisfied with them and have not had any problems with them so far. I hope that this information will be of some help to you.
Good luck and best regards. -
I smoked for years - always about 12 to 15 pieces a day. From my own experience I can only say: As soon as the head has decided to stop, just stop IMMEDIATELY - as if there are simply no more cigarettes to buy.
-
That is exactly how one should try. I don't think e-cigarettes or anything like that are an alternative. They only make weaning more difficult in my experience.
-
Well, we all know that smoking is bad and that we should all quit completely, but it's not easy. I really want to quit and I believe that this covid pandemic is a strong incentive to quit because it is clear that smokers are more likely to become seriously ill. but I can't stop completely. I tried but it's all in vain. I found these alternative products on the internet that I didn't know about: http://snuscorp.com/de/ Does anyone have experience? Is it worth a try or not? Has an alternative method like this worked for anyone?

Used to be a heavy smoker and tried to quit several times. It only clicked when I wanted to start doing sports again. In your late twenties you should still be able to breathe during physical activity. Even if I find it difficult not to smoke in times of stress, the damage to my health is just not worth it.
-
Well, with e-cigarettes you actually swap one drug for the other
-
I once heard that these sprays should be just fine
never smoked, so I don't know what can help
-
Yes, quitting smoking will help. because you can't quit smoking right away and it's not good for your health too. so I believe, with the help of e-cigarette, you can reduce the use of Nikokin, which help in smoking cessation. You can also try tobacco heaters which further help you to try e-cigarette without burning nicotine. i hope this i will help. lg
-
I know quitting smoking all too well. Unfortunately, I can't make it either
-
If you are still undecided whether you should switch to an e-cigarette or a tobacco heater, you can also test the free Heets trial packs. These are offered by the manufacturers in which you should register your IQOS. I did this through retailer XXX because they have a huge range and offer express shipping.
