Hello people,
actually I've been a happy iOS user for many years and buy one every 2 or 3 years
a new iPhone. What do you think is better? Android or iOS?

A simple smartphone (entry-level) with an Android system is completely sufficient for my needs. For the price, the best I can get is an ancient Apple device.

Hi max5001,
I am and will remain a proud advocate of Android. Since I almost had a nervous breakdown thanks to iTunes and the display splintered after a short time, I simply couldn't and didn't want to support Apple anymore. All the functions that an Apple phone has, an Android phone has, if not better. Huawei phones also boast a wide range of photography functions and at half the price from Apple, which will probably soon want to sell exclusively charging cables in addition to headphones in order to increase their profit.
Greetings!
I started with Android and actually thought it was great. That was a Huawei P1 back then?
I'm not so sure what the exact name of the device was any more.
But then I switched to Apple in 2015 and stayed with it.
You can't really answer the question in such a general way.
It always depends on what you need your smartphone for. I also use my Mac myself and an iPhone is ideal for that. I also use many tools from Apple and I couldn't do that without.
Android of course still has a high market share, and rightly so, but I use iOS myself.
If you want a little comparison, then have a look here:

IOS is also a little more secure:
I prefer Android, but that's because I'm not an Apple fan. But everyone has to decide for themselves what they find better
Greet you!
Of course I can only speak for myself at this point, but for many years now Android devices have only been an option for me and I'm specifically avoiding the latest Galaxy S models because I absolutely don't see why You have to pay as much for a smartphone as you would sometimes pay for an older used car just a few years ago.
And even with devices that "only" cost 300-400 euros, I am personally very keen to ensure that they have as long a lifespan as possible, be it in relation to the battery or the general condition of the device.
Of course, this also includes purchasing a high-quality cell phone case. Link removed
