Hello Gabi87 (Markus) Welcome to the forum,

Since I haven't had the problem with a new installation in this direction (but similar), I can only give you tips.
Normally it should be possible to carry out an installation with an original VISTA CD without further ado. If it is a burned CD which, according to the PC manufacturer, should be burned from the PC so that you have an original CD, it can lead to errors like this, because something is missing on the CD (I was told by a manufacturer that it is never 100% ig completely depends on the manufacturer). With some PC manufacturers, the serial number and activation are saved on the mainboard and you do not need a new activation for a new installation. (you should know that)
Tip 1.
Use an original CD or the associated recovery for installation.Tip 2.
Shouldn't it work with the CD. then you should play a DOS start program on there as Disketteim forum or as CD img file to burn (I can provide 10 Mb, upload via SKYPE or ICQ)Tip 3.
Delete the EISA partition. I will provide you with the instructions (an English translation PN to me with email address)Tip 4.
Replace this HD and use it as the 2nd HD. (Last option)Can you tell what kind of hardware is installed in the PC, only mainboard and HD and RAM
