Hello dear Win-Tips-Tweaks Forum,
a question for the Office users. I have been using Word and Excel for a number of years without any problems. But lately I have noticed that when I start the programs, it takes a certain time before I can use it. It is funny that this longer loading time occurred at the same time with both programs. If otherwise it took a blink of an eye to operate the program, now it can be 10-15 seconds. It is also not as if Word and Excel idle around for so long, but as if the respective program takes a little break while upgrading.
What can be disfigured here?
Thank you very much for any assistance.

Hello Chainon,
that was exactly the problem. Since I recently installed a new printer, I found the entry "ABBYY ABBYY Fine Reader 9.0 Sprint MS Word" under the Com Add-In. When I removed the check mark from this entry, MS Word 2007 ran again as before. Thanks again for your help.
