Hello first ^^
I'm new here and don't really know if I'm right with my problem.
I recently bought a PC from HP (Windows 7 operating system). So far everything went great .. but when I wanted to print something with the pre-installed Microsoft Office Starter, an attempt was made to establish a connection with the printer (Canon MP540) and then no printer was found. The printer is displayed and is also set as the default printer and I have just installed a new driver. I already had the idea that the printer is connected to the PC via a USB port but well ... to be honest, I have no idea what else to consider, the box is annoying after a week -. -
So I hope you can help me =)
