I would like to use the online storage "HiDrive" for backups in the cloud -

The easiest way to access the cloud storage is to integrate HiDrive as a network drive. We recommend using the SMB protocol. To do this, however, the corresponding port must be open in order to enable the function. I have a FRITZ! Box 7270.
Admit that I don't know much about routers and the like, especially not about the settings that can be made there ...
According to a test at Strato, port 445 is not open at home. Then I followed the further instructions and deactivated the NetBIOS filter accordingly.
Unfortunately, the port is still not open Apparently another software firewall is blocking the port.
How do I find out what could be the cause? And how do I get the port open then?
I have there found an article describing the matter. Does this work differently with the FRITZ! Box 7270?
Maybe there is someone here in the forum who has already dealt with it or even uses the online storage.
