my Jabra headset won't start, that's why I called the Jabra hotline and they told me that I can send the device in, but that I have to pay the shipping costs myself. That's what it's about me.
After I received a return email from the address I have to send my headset to Netherland.

Then I can invest in a new, better Bluetooth headset, right?
