Lately I've had the experience that there is more bad support than good support. For this reason I wanted to hear your opinion on what experiences you have had.
e.g. Hauppauge (hardware) I politely asked 4 times to give me an answer to the problem because the schedule program does not start, no answer for 4 months. I could call, but it costs a lot of money.
e.g. Data Becker (software) here I have a contract with 1/1 payment. Here I came forward because a program is not running that the program points to, because after 3 inquiries I have not received an answer to date, I have pointed out to the support that if I do not get an answer I will cancel the contract until today brought nothing.
Kabel BW also has very poor support for me, but that will be known.
All inquiries have been running for over 3 months with no response to results.
