Hallo,
I have the following problem. I added text to 2 graphics. everything looks as it should on the screen. When printing (as pdf) suddenly half of the content of both graphics is missing. I then connected both of them to each other (connect group), but nothing has changed. What could that be?
(I don't want to post a picture at the moment because it contains confidential data.)
Question about graphics in Word 2007

You can replace the pictures and then provide the Word file.

I just did that. I noticed something during the test print. The page was saved in .docx format. Then the effect occurs. If I print them out in .odt format, the printer will work. So it's the formats. Which format should I choose so that both the printer (Canon Pixma 4200) and the "Bullzip PDF Printer" program understand it?

I was currently still recommending with .doc File extensions to work. .odt is Open Office and . Docx is Word 2007, which is not yet widespread.

An error message came up. But I do it now so that I create the document with Word's own PDF Prg. convert and then print out if necessary. That works.
I thank you for help though.
