Description of the device defect:
The description of the error is relatively complex. The laptop has been put to sleep (Windows 7). When restarting, the screen remained black and nothing could be done. The control lights of the device are on, but nothing more happens. There is no way to get into the BIOS.
This problem has already appeared in various Internet forums and could often be resolved by bridging jumper J1, unfortunately I don't know how it works with the Samsung laptop! I actually rule out a defect in certain hardware (e.g. graphics card, mainboard), although this is of course possible.
A third-party USB stick was connected before the system went to sleep! (In Internet forums this was often the case with other problem cases, even if I have no explanation for them ... I rule out viruses or the like)
