After the initial motivation has faded that everyone really does a lot of sport because they want to change everything in life, I'm starting now. But better at home. I need your advice for that. Do you prefer cross trainers like those from Stepper-markt.net or rather treadmills? Which is more efficient?
Keep fit in spring

Jogging, badminton and a few floor exercises are enough for me. Doesn't cost anything and still keeps you fit. Devices cost money and take up some space.

Hi Kranzimerry!
I already had a cross trainer, a treadmill and a recumbent bike to take home. I have to admit the treadmill is the most beautiful!
The cross trainer wasn't bad either, but I didn't really have the feeling that it was any good. I worked up a sweat on the treadmill. On the bike too, but I found it uncomfortable.
The most important tip in sport for me is that you have fun doing it, otherwise you won't stick with it.
Cool dance workouts on YouTube can lift your spirits while burning calories!
Have fun doing sports!

You can do a lot.
You can start with full-body workouts. and as already suggested, you can also get a cross trainer, one like this (http://ergometer.de/sportstech/cx610/) it's good, the studios will probably stay closed for longer, so this is actually a good alternative

I would recommend all of Pamela Reif's YouTube videos to you - you'll get fit quickly! Even without devices etc.

It's best to go jogging outside, because you can see more and I can motivate myself better that way

I see the same as vulccuv

Just do something, you can do a lot, why not get on a bike?

Well, there are many ways to keep fit outside. It's enough to get some fresh air every day for a few minutes. Sports like jogging, Nordic walking or cycling are suitable for me.
