By creating a registry key, it is possible to send a personal message
displayed during the start-up process.

How do I create this message?

Find this key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Winlogon

Specify the title of the message window:

In the right window LegalNoticeCaption open with a double click and enter the desired title as the value.
 

{jumi [plugins/content/jumi/de_cms_inContent_300x250.php]}

Specify the text of the message:

In the right window LegalNoticeText open with a double click and enter the desired text of the message as the value.
