Caps Lock, scroll and Num not activated by default.
An activated Num key is worth gold for some users.

How do I activate the special keys when Windows starts?

The special keys can be activated in the registry.
To do this, open the key HKEY_USERSDEFAULT Control PanelKeyboard and set the value of InitialKeyboardIndicators to one of the values ​​in the following table:
