Automatic activation of the special keys

When Windows starts, the special keys are
Caps Lock, scroll and Num not activated by default.
An activated Num key is worth gold for some users.
How do I activate the special keys when Windows starts?
The special keys can be activated in the registry.
To do this, open the key HKEY_USERSDEFAULT Control PanelKeyboard and set the value of InitialKeyboardIndicators to one of the values in the following table:
0 Turns off all three functions
1 Turns on Caps Lock
2 Turns Num on
3 Turns on Caps Lock and Num
4 Turns on scroll
5 Turns on Caps Lock and Scroll
6 Turns on Num and Scroll
7 Turns on all three functions
