Vistalizator is a free tool from Slovakia. It changes the Windows system language, which is not possible with all Windows 7 or Vista versions.
The EXE file runs without installation. A double click and the program starts. In the current version, Vistalizator also supports Windows 7. So not only Windows 7 users of an Ultimate and Enterprise version can easily switch the language, but also home and premium owners.
