Without additional programs it is possible to change the symbols of folders and to adapt them to the content.
How do I change the folder icons?
Right click on the folder >> Properties >> Customize >> Different icon
In the folder pictures menu it is possible to put a picture on the folder,
provided the miniature view of the folder is activated.
Open folder>> menu view >> select thumbnail view.
